I agree and understand that if I am tagged, I will be under an 8 raid probation period. During this time I am ineligible for loot unless it is going to be transmuted/rot. I will earn DKP during this period. At the end the probationary period I will either be promoted to a Full Member or I will be asked to leave. I agree and understand that anything acquired in a pick up group or solo is at that individuals discretion as far as giving it away or selling it.
Masters looted in guild groups should be distributed to the person in the group who can use. If no one can, then it should be lotto'd on and distributed to a member of the guild who can use it. If there are no MAINS of the class in the guild the winner may do what they will with it. (Yes/No)

I agree and understand that it is a conflict of interest to have alts in other raid guilds. I am allowed to raid with others on alts as long as it does not interfere with Tainted's schedule and I do not use an alt designated as a Raiding alt within Tainted. (Yes/No)

I agree and understand that if I am applying for a Backup Position, that I Will be on standby unless needed. I am eligible for standby DKP and raid attendance credit as long as I am at the gathering point and ready for action if I am needed, and remain available for the duration of the raid.
